Once you've landed in Marrakesh, you'll join the Etu crew for this epic five-day fitness retreat guaranteed to make you feel fit, strong and revived. We hope you're ready for an action-packed time as we show you the sights of Marrakesh.

 

If you're up for a challenge and you want to push further towards your goals, this retreat is right up your street. You'll love our super sweaty HIIT and boot camp sessions, and because we all need a bit of balance in our lives, there's some yoga thrown in for good measure.

 

Our awesome Etu coaches will be with you to put you through your paces, and you'll join the group on day one to enjoy this retreat as a team. This trip is perfect for solo travellers, as you're guaranteed to make some new mates!

 

If you think you can't find luxury fitness retreats on a budget, think again. The Iberostar Club Palmeraie Marrakech is 30 minutes from Marrakesh Menara Airport and 20 minutes from the Medina (town centre), and this swish four-star hotel is our perfect base for this active adventure.

HIIT Athletic

 

HIIT is a 35-minute high-intensity interval training session designed to burn calories, reduce body fat, and tone. This science-proven workout improves cardiovascular fitness, speed, agility and challenges your fitness beyond normal physical limits.

Revive - Yoga-inspired workout

 

Revive is a class that anyone can get involved in regardless of whether you're a "yoga person". Each class starts with a dynamic warm-up before moving through some sun salutations to bring some heat to the body. We then practice strengthening postures for the lower body and balance work. We'll then move to the floor to work through some releasing twists before finishing with - you've got it - relaxation!

Circuits

 

Made up of several stations, this high-intensity workout is a combination of exercises targeting your upper and lower body. You’ll improve your speed, stamina and strength with a fierce cardio kick.

Strength and conditioning

 

After a dynamic mobility warm-up, we'll spend 30 minutes practising some functional skills. This technique clinic will help you brush up on movements such as squats and push-ups. We'll focus on great posture and safe effective movements. This session ends with a short intense functional workout to kick your heart rate and leave you feeling fighting fit.

 

So this is what you can expect from your Etu retreat. As you can see, there’s plenty to keep you busy, active and feeling great!

 

All workouts are optional and included. You may want to get involved in everything, but we understand that everyone needs a bit of me-time too.
