Once you've landed in Marrakesh, you'll join the Etu crew for this epic five-day fitness retreat guaranteed to make you feel fit, strong and revived. We hope you're ready for an action-packed time as we show you the sights of Marrakesh.

 

If you're up for a challenge and you want to push further towards your goals, this retreat is right up your street. You'll love our super sweaty HIIT and boot camp sessions, and because we all need a bit of balance in our lives, there's some yoga thrown in for good measure.

 

Our awesome Etu coaches will be with you to put you through your paces, and you'll join the group on day one to enjoy this retreat as a team. This trip is perfect for solo travellers, as you're guaranteed to make some new mates!

Jess is from Norwich, where she teaches in some of the region's top gyms. Her passion lies in hybrid-style training, combining strength and cardio elements for awesome full-body conditioning.

Workout Away HIIT™

 

Workout Away HIIT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training session designed to burn calories, reduce body fat and tone. HIIT is a science-proven method which improves cardiovascular fitness, speed and agility, and challenges performance beyond normal physical limits.

Workout Away Revive™ - Yoga Inspired Stretching Class

 

Revive is our signature yoga-inspired stretching class that anyone can do. You don't have to be a traditional yogi to fall in love with this restorative session.

​

You'll practice energising sun salutations to develop full-body strength and flexibility. You'll challenge balance and coordination with powerful standing stretches and move through seated twists to alleviate stress and restore energy levels.

Workout Away Rivals™

 

Rivals is our main strength concept. We've taken all the best bits from circuit, strength and functional training-based classes and created a team-based session where healthy competition drives sports and strength performance.

Workout Away Tricore™

 

Our brand new, innovative triset workout meticulously crafted to fortify the core - your body's powerhouse!

 

Workout Away Tricore zeroes in on three main rounds of work to strengthen the Glutes, Posterior Chain, and Abdominals.

All workouts are optional and included. You may want to get involved in everything, but we understand that everyone needs a bit of me-time too.
