What's the difference between Etu and Workout Away?

 

Etu (explore, train and unwind) is a diffusion brand of Workout Away. The workouts are the same, but the accommodation is less luxurious and far more inexpensive. The Etu offering is simple, and we've taken away things like complimentary gift packs, excursions, and private dining to build a retreat geared towards the price-conscious traveller.

 

What's included in an Etu by Workout Away retreat?

 

• All HIIT, yoga, circuits & strength and conditioning classes

• Beautiful four-star accommodation

• All meals

• Web support with all bookings

 

I'm a solo traveller. Is that ok?

 

The majority of our guests are solo travellers or friends that travel together, so if you're on the fence about taking a solo trip, just do it!

How does payment work?

​

You can pay all at once or split the payment in two with a 50% deposit. The rest will need to be paid eight weeks before your retreat.

 

Are flights provided?

 

No, you will need to make your own travel arrangements. We recommend checking out skyscanner.com.

 

Do I need to be super fit to take part?

 

Not at all! Everybody's fitness levels are different. If you want to train hard, sure, we can help you with that. If you want to take it easier, you can do that too. Remember, all of our activities are optional. This is your holiday, take it at your own pace and enjoy yourself!

How big are the retreat groups? 

​

Our maximum number of people is 16 per trip.

 

Are meals included?

 

Yes, once you've arrived at the hotel, all of your meals are included. Meals are served all-inclusive buffet style.

 

What about drinks, are they included?

 

They sure are, even the alcoholic ones, but don't drink before workouts please ;)

 

What's the food like?

 

Delicious! It's buffet style, and you'll love the huge selection. 

 

What's the accommodation like?

 

The accommodation is a minimum of four-star, immaculately presented, functional, and comfortable. We work exclusively with Iberostar across all of our destinations, ensuring a high standard of quality. Each of our resorts is easily reachable, and you can find specific information about each destinations on our individual pages.

 

Do I have to share my room?

 

No, there are different options available. You can share or you can go private, the choice is yours.

 

What about alcohol? Can we drink?

 

Of course! It's your trip. We don't recommend that you go to the clubs and get back an hour before sunrise yoga, but a couple of glasses is fine.

 

Can I come alone?

Yes, and lots of our guests do.  You're going to make friends anyway!

Are transfers included?

 

No. We want to keep the prices of our retreats as competitive as we can, and many of our guests come from different places to join us, therefore not needing airport collection. 

 

What is the minimum age?

 

18.
